Harlan Analytics sells Sharp Sheets — research and data analysis for sports fans, for informational and educational purposes only. We don't take bets, run a sportsbook, or give financial advice. Nothing here is a guarantee of any outcome. What you do with our analysis is your decision and your responsibility.
What these terms cover
"Sharp Sheets" refers to the research products and data analysis published by Harlan Analytics. "You" means anyone who buys or accesses them. By using the site or a sheet, you agree to these terms.
Who can buy
You must be 21 or older and in a place where buying sports-research content is legal. If you're not, please don't purchase.
What a Sharp Sheet is
Every sheet — including the Edge Score and any projections — is independent analysis produced by our models for educational purposes. It's a point of view, not advice and not a prediction of what will happen.
We don't take bets
Harlan Analytics is not a bookmaker, broker, or exchange. We never accept wagers or handle bets. Any decision you make with our analysis is entirely your own.
Risk is real
Sports are unpredictable and past performance doesn't guarantee future results. A strong setup can still lose. Only ever risk what you can comfortably afford to lose.
Play responsibly

Our work is ours
The sheets, the Edge Score, our models, and the site design are the property of Harlan Analytics. Please don't resell, republish, scrape, or redistribute them without our written permission.
Your account
Keep your purchase confirmations and any login details to yourself. Access is for you, not for sharing or reselling.
Payments & refunds
Purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Because sheets are time-sensitive digital products delivered immediately, sales are generally final — but if something goes wrong on our end and you don't receive what you paid for, contact us and we'll make it right.
No warranties
The sheets are provided "as is." We work hard to be accurate, but we can't promise specific results, uninterrupted access, or that every number is error-free.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, Harlan Analytics isn't liable for losses you incur from decisions you make using our analysis. You're responsible for your own conclusions.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version always lives on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Harlan Analytics is based, and any dispute will be handled there. If one part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
